Kate Colovos, APRN, PMHNP
Kate is accepting new medication management and psychotherapy clients. She accepts BCBS commercial and Medicaid/Turquoise Care, Optum insurance, and self pay. (Accepting Presbyterian health plans and Medicaid soon).
Kate helps adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected move toward emotional balance, resilience, and meaningful growth. Her work blends integrative (holistic + evidence-based), trauma-informed psychiatry with mind-body practices, practical tools, and compassionate exploration of your story.
As a female veteran and healthcare professional who has experienced burnout and deep personal loss, Kate brings both clinical expertise and lived understanding to our work. She holds a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit and our natural capacity to heal.
Kate believes symptoms are signals, not failures, and that healing happens when we feel safe enough to listen to what our inner world has been holding.
